Very bad experience during my father's treatment here staff is unprofessional, doctors saying same dialogue during every visit, just wasting time and eating patients money.. putting 1 weak in ICU still don't have any further action plan , still doctor saying "dekhte hai kya hota hai" that's very unprofessional . Disappointed

was unkind and unfriendly, making it difficult for me to feel comfortable. Her behavior was unbearable, and I felt like she wasn't interested in helping me. When interacting with patients, a receptionist's tone and attitude play a significant role in setting the tone for the entire visit. In this case, the receptionist's behavior fell short of expectations.
but for DR JB rai I will give 5 star .
